Windows Installer authoring tool that enables developers and system administrators to build MSI packages.
Features include:
- Runs on Windows 2000/XP; Created install packages run on the Windows 9x/ME/NT/2k/XP/Vista operating systems
- Project files are saved as XML files for easy integration with source control systems
- Installs .NET assemblies in Global Assembly Cache (GAC) or privately, side-by-side on Windows XP
