Allows to create, open, and manage zip files using three levels of programmatic controls.

Features include:
- three high-level classes for inspecting the contents of zip files, testing their integrity, and add, delete, or extract entries to and from zip files.
- two medium-level classes for performing a variety of data compression tasks on not only zip files, but any .NET streams.
- Stream-based compression and decompression: provides flexibility for compressing and decompressing data into and out of regular .NET streams.
- low-Level classes: C# implementation of Zlib.
