Utility that registers HTML Help 2 collections and titles.
It can be used to integrate HTML Help 2 to Visual Studio, Delphi, etc. without having to create manually the proper records in the Windows Installer database.

Features include:
- a GUI program to create registration configuration file and that can be used to test registration.
- a command line version, which can be redistributed to deploy the HTML Help collections.
- Supports registering HTML Help 2 to multiple targets such as VS.NET 2003 and Delphi 2005.
- Supports registering HTML Help 2 as plugin or merge topic.
- Free for non-commercial use without any functional limitation.
