This application will allow any .NET language to create the same XML Comment file that C# and J# creates.
By using this application, you will be able to give your applications full Intellisense abilities. C# and J# are the only languages that have built in support in the compiler to create the XML Comment file used by Visual Studio .NET for Intellisense information. XML Comments Creator brings the rest of the .NET languages to the same level by allowing them to create a correctly formatted comment file. All the features of the C# and J# comments, including validation, has been included in this application.
