Map renderer that renders GIS data for use in web and desktop applications.
Features include:

- Renders attributes as labels; Thematic maps using delegates; On-the-fly transformations

- Extensible with additional dataproviders, layertypes and geometry types
- Anti-aliased maps using native GDI+ functions. Customize the rendering using all the GDI+ brushes and pens.
